If you’ve never been here for Red Lodge’s annual Christmas Stroll, your holiday season is missing some of its magic. For two evenings our downtown shops open their doors late with goodies and treats, main street of town is block in the heart of the retail district and the entire town turns out for the kind of holiday cheer and goodwill that keeps the hearth fires burning ‘til spring. The Stroll starts with the increasingly popular Blade Parade - (who knew there were so many ways to decorate a snowplow?) and stores stay open until around 9pm. So bundle up the kids and bring your holiday shopping list. It’s a perfect recipe for enjoying the holiday season: Ski, Stroll, & Stay the night.
It's WINTER FUN, WESTERN STYLE! The Red Lodge Ski-Joring Association has been hosting the National Finals Ski-Joring Races since 1980.
For three days in June the streets of Red Lodge, bars, cafes, and theaters become a gathering place for songwriters from Nashville, Montana and around the country. This is the festival that showcases the art of songwriting at its highest level
ONE NIGHT ONLY! The Red Lodge Home of Champions Rodeo invites you to watch the PRCA’s top 40 bullriders matched against the PRCA’s best bucking bulls.
The Red Lodge Rodeo dates back to the late 1890’s. If roping, barrell racing, mutton bustin’ or bull riding is what you are looking to see, the Home of Champtions Rodeo grounds is the place to be every July 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Ropin' and Ridin’ at it’s finest!
BEARTOOTH RALLY & IRON HORSE RODEO
Montana's largest motorcycle rally and iron horse rodeo! This event is a summer staple happening the third week of July annualy. Participants can expect to enjoy poker walk, bike night/live music, poker runs, food, vendors and more. The Beartooth Rally and Iron Horse Rodeo is more than just a rally, proceeds from poker runs go to local charities. Let out your clutch and get your plans in gear to join this fun event.
Red Lodge’s Car Show is the premiere summer car show event. The historic downtown is lined with cars that are a blast from the past. The Main Street Cruise is something you won’t want to miss!
